09 Account Suspension & Closure

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If there is a valid balance at the time of closure and no breach of terms has occurred, the funds will be returned through the standard process. However, if the account is closed due to a violation of our terms, the balance may be forfeited.
